Quality of care

Mr Birchley takes great pride in the service he delivers and believes patients should be reassured as to the quality of care they will receive. He closely monitors the outcomes of his work, but knows it is important to be able to share this information with potential future patients.

Every patient can provide feedback at any point during or after their care. This is used by Mr Birchley to reflect upon his service and identify any areas for improvement.

There are many means of giving and receiving feedback. To make it as accessible and useful as possible, rather than being scattered across several sites, Mr Birchley uses two systems.

iwantgreatcare.org

This is a universally recognised modality for collecting and presenting patient outcome feedback. It is easily accessible and straightforward to read and submit a review.
