All new consultations with Mr Birchley last for 30 minutes and include a duplex ultrasound scan where required.
The cost of an initial consultation is £245.
A follow-up 15-minute consultation is £135.
Self-pay pricing covers nursing pre-assessment, the procedure and a follow-up appointment.
Specific anaesthetic pre-assessments may be chargeable separately.
A final fee will always be provided by the Hospital prior to treatment.
